new habit challenge blog1

ugh , I don't feel like blogging. ok , let's not be lazy. the habit I need to develop is to stop eating not recommended food or too much when I'm tired. and I need two strategies , one for work and one for home. how will I do that? well , today's answer is Scarlet O' Hara type-I'll think at that tomorrow emoticon

    Those are two big ones for all of us, I think. I see this journey like going through school...we start in Kindergarten and it gets progressively more difficulty as we go through the years up to High School and graduation. I see stopping the less recommended stuff as somewhere in Junior High/High School. Stopping eating so much when you are tired, probably about the same. Those are tough ones...but important to the journey/success. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the encouragement! Spark on! emoticon emoticon

    Haha, way to go, Scarlet! I realized awhile ago that I tend to eat when I'm tired too. How strange. Now, I try to have a glass of water or just go to bed. But it's still hard to catch yourself, hence the saying that habits are hard to break, I guess :)

    Trying to get up the courage to blog myself. Good for your for blogging. My encouragement for coming up with at least one solution to the work problem - I always kept a drawer full of good snacks to rely on during the day. Hope that helps a little. emoticon

    Work for me is easy. I eat nothing I don't bring myself. I have a lunch bag and that limits what I can bring.

    You'll get into the groove. Start off by writing a list of what you want to accomplish and tackle only 1 of them. When you have that mastered, go to item 2...

    Had to laugh at your first sentence. I, myself, hate blogging at all. Maybe that's a habit I need to break....avoiding it. Nah, that's not something that will change my life whether I blog or don't blog. I'll find the right thing from reading everyone elses and go from there. Good good girl for writing something at all haha. Sounds difficult habit to break. Will see what you come up with.
