LIVING THE GOOD LIFE DAY 2 AND 3!

The question is how am I going to develope this habit of clean eating. First I am tracking what I am eating each day and I am planning my meals at least two days ahead. I am also making sure that I have my veggies, fruits, meat and fish in the house so my food is available to me.

The second question is how am I going to keep myself motivated. I keep myself motivated by achieving non-scale vistories. For example on Sunday I tried on two pair of slacks that did not fit one year ago and now they fit fine. I am making sure I get to my Curves exercises keeping in mind about my non-scale victories. I also had a jacket that was tight last year and is loose this year so that spurs me on. This has been a long journey for me with setbacks at times but I will not give up. I have about another 50 lbs to lose and I am going to reach my goal this year. Don't forget to look for the non-scale victories, we tend to forget them and concentrate on the scale. I also read successful blogs of my Spark friends which spurs me on as I say to myself, if they can do it, so can I. We all can with focus, determination and believing that we can. That is the key! Thank you spark friends for all your inspiration and motivation!
