Sandals in the snow!

Yesterday it was 50 degrees and sunny when I went to church at 1 pm. During my class with the 8 and 9 year old children we had thunder, rain, hail and by 3 pm it was snowing like crazy! They had called for rain, but the snow wasn't suppose to come until overnight! Needless to say my feet were wet and cold by the time I got to my car. I crawled into bed with the heating pad when I got home to try to warm them up!! The cat sure liked that. He fell asleep for about a half hour under the sheets with the rice bag I had also heated up!!

I think Snickers is really bored lately. He sleeps so much during the day. I don't know if he roams around at night, but sometime I hear him eating in the middle of the night. They say that cats are nocturnal. I think mine is. The only time I hear him at night is when he is playing in the room or chomping on dry food!! Oh well, guess that is a cat's life!
