The plan for today (March 6)

Yesterday, I followed the plan. I even STAYED WITHIN MY CALORIES!!

I didn't get to meditate because I near fell asleep on my laptop while tracking my daily doings... meditation not required at that point.
Today's plan looks much like yesterday's (without the funk)

drink my water.

avoid caffeine for the rest of the day.

stay within calorie range.

eat AT LEAST 5 servings of freggies.

run 5 kms

meditate before bed. (5-10 minutes)
