More strength building exercise
Eat more freggies
A second yoga class
More water
More iron
More fiber
Less fat

In my mind if you can't find something to improve on, you're just not trying. So much to work on, so little time.

But how is the coffee activity going? 2 cups only for 5 days straight and counting. Wahoo? Wahoo!
