Last chance workout day

So tomorrow is the big weigh in for me and I have done amazing with my workouts this week, however I have not done so hot with my diet. Late night snacking has been my downfall. Yesterday I had a great workout but last night I found myself on the couch with veggie chips. Not a bag choice of snack but it did push me over in calories for the day. This morning I got up and did 41 minutes on the bike and 35 minutes on the elliptical. If I could get a handle on the snacking I would be skinny. ha ha! I guess that is what got us all here our eating habits. After years of being a member I still struggel with the same thing. I still have a deficit everyday because of the amount I exercise but I would have a much larger one if I could keep my hand from going to my mouth.
Well that being said I have done all I can for tomorrows weight in. I have a meeting tonight so I don't think i will get any more fitness in. I am keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be out of the 190's tomorrow.
Breakfast - Yogurt with fruit and granola
snack: V8 Juice
Lunch - Lean Cuisine and yellow squash with onions
Dinner - Mozzarella/Tomoato/spinach Salad, Hummus and toast points
Snack Russel Stover Coconut egg (120 calories)
I am low in protein for the day but it is last chance workout days so I am trying to stay on the low calorie side. My Calorie range is 1400 - 1750 based on the amount of exercise I do.
