Jillian Michaels is my Shero?

Here is another tid bit in my bridal weight loss journey....
As you all know I am a huge BIGGEST LOSER fan (Jillian Michaels fan, too). I ran across Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD through Instagram (social network) and I had to look it up immediately. I decided to research the reviews before purchasing it. There was not one bad comment - in fact there were all 5 star comments on how great this DVD is. Moving forward, I bought the digital order on Amazon ($5 bucks), added this digital order to my digital library then uploaded it on my Kindle Fire (I think its about $8 bucks for the actual DVD).
By the time I finished Level 1, I was drenched in sweat but still had energy to do another round Level 1. Each level is 20 minutes and Jillian will tell you "no breaks are allowed to get the results you want to see." This morning I did Level 2 (since Level was mildly challenging) and I haven't sweated this much since college. She gives you a variety of workouts (3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs - 3 times). I am going to start incoporating this workout into my mornings and evening continue to go to the gym with my Hubby. It's only Day 2 and I have so much energy.

P.S. All you need with the DVD is hand weights. Jillian has about 5lbs weights in the video but to challenge myself I started with 10lbs. For breakfast I had egg white, fruit, and turkey bacon. Now I'm eating Chobani Greek Yogurt. Yum!
