Do I Need Motivation? Yes, maybe not all the time but lately.
My stomach seemed to be getting back to normal after my GERD issues made it hurt. It's been stressful at work but I've been handling it but today I blew it. Ate more than I should have in the afternoon and evening even with my stomach starting to hurt again. At least I didn't back down but I'll be happy when I can leave!

Sorry, back to motivation. I actually did do my weight exercises last night - a big plus lets keep it up!
Stairs - today I walked 114 stairs steps (that's just up) during my 15 minute walk and then 92 stairs up, 92 down for my 15 min afternoon break. My legs were actually better today. Now to just keep it up!

Did you get your strength exercise in? I'll have to do another set tomorrow! Come on motivation!
