The plan for today (March 7)

To be honest, the plan for today wasn't much different than yesterday's or the day before. I need to build my base again and, I think, starting with basics and mastering those is the way to go. SO! This morning I set out to:

drink my water.

avoid caffeine AFTER my morning cup.

stay within calorie range.

eat AT LEAST 5 servings of freggies.

go to BodyPump

meditate before bed. (5-10 minutes)
It's 11:13 and I've only missed on the "avoiding caffeine". The "meditate before bed" is on the agenda for after I hit send.
How'd I do yesterday?
Well, I had a small coffee around dinner time, did everything else that I set out to do but did NOT meditate. To be honest, I was just too tired. Really though, if I'm already drifting off to sleep, do I really need to?
