Changing my workout routine

I've been doing pretty well with my daily walking. It's been three months. Sometimes it can make things a little more interesting to add a little variety to the workout time. Swimming is a nice possibility. There's a pool nearby and it would be great to exercise those arms and so many other muscles too. Another easy change is to watch a video right here on spark people. They 're fun. Then I could get really brave and join a Zumba class. Spring is right around the corner and just like the chick hatching out of its egg, I will be doing a new chicken dance!!!
