I gained a pound this week. I would like to think it's muscle, and maybe a small part is, but I know it's because I did not eat well this week.

Minor set back, but I am still on track, and I know I need to do better this week. Today marks eight weeks and I'm happy to say that I can see a big difference between week two and eight in my bi weekly pictures.

And to say that makes me happy is an understatement. I have lost two pant sizes! I've gone from a 22 to an 18!!

I have lost sight of my motivation... so maybe it was not a very good one to start with. Time to find a new one!!

So with the new gym at work I got a one on one with a trainer and I now have an actual work out that I'm doing! And OMG do I HURT!

I'm starting to think about the future and my body, and it may seem silly but, if I can get to where I am happy I think I want to get this as a tattoo to remind me of how far I have come.

    Scale is not always your friend, it will go up and down. Stay positive, be persistent and you will reach your goals before you know it. You've already done so much, just keep on pushing.
