Rest Day Sunday

Thanks to everyone who commented on my blog yesterday about being stronger but not thinner! YES, I can see now that I really AM thinner (smaller) even if the scale doesn't reflect LIGHTER. That shift in thinking made me feel really good!
Oh! And the scale was down 2 pounds today, the mysterious one I gained and one that hopefully will stay gone. I always like to wait a few days before changing my ticker to make sure it STAYS gone!
Today is an actual rest day, which is a relief. I feel like I've been going like a bat out of h*ll for a couple of weeks now. It's supposed to rain all day, so what a great day to do some cooking, cleaning, and catching up.
I've got a big pot of broccoli potato soup on the stove and will make meatloaf muffins and a seafood quiche later today. We eat homemade soup every day for lunch. I'll freeze the meatloaf muffins and take them out for TC when I have salmon, which he doesn't care for.
There is a Moving Comfort Sports Bra fitting this afternoon, sponsored by my running group, so I may go to that. I do wear Moving Comfort sports bras and like them very much, but maybe there's a different style or size that would be better. You know what they say -- 80% of us are wearing the wrong size bra! So we'll see.
Well, enough rambling for one blog! I am definitely planning to have a careful eating day since I am not exercising. I hope you have a fun, relaxing, enjoyable day as well, Sparkpeeps!
