30 Day Shred

Ok, so I am obviously going in the WRONG direction, so I have decided to really kick it up and get serious. I am starting The 30 Day Shred today.

My beginning numbers are:
Weight 176.6 lbs
Waist 35.5 in
Hips 41.5 in
Thigh 20 in
Arm 11 in

    I am halfway through that. I did level one and am on level 2. I only do it every other day though. The other days I do my cardio routine. It is a great workout! Can totally feel it working. Have fun!!

    I'm going to start this challenge tomorrow. I wanted to start today but I couldn't sleep last night and I have a book club thing tonight with some ladies! I'm pretty excited about it! Good luck!

    Good luck!!! I started the 30 day shred yesterday! I have done it before, but it is a great workout with things that change up. I am doing each workout for 2 weeks. I am a little sore today, but it feels good to be doing that!!
