What is on my mind? You don't really want to know :-)

I started BLC with high hopes and even higher goals. So far I have not even got close to achieving my goals and blc 21 is almost over. After a gain-loss-maintain-gain cycle I decided to start South Beach Diet. Of course I started when there was only 4 weeks left of the blc, but better late than never. I did achieve a six pound loss the first week of starting the diet and I know that the weight loss will slowly decrease in number, so I am prepared for that. As long as I lose, I am good. It has been tough on me to give up my fruit though. I have been serving desserts and sweets but the most thing I miss is my fruit. I have to be very careful to plan my meals so I don't slip up and eat something I shouldn't. I will be able to eat fruit starting Thursday adding one fruit a day. I am worried though about adding it back because usually the cravings start with it for sugar. I may try to stay on phase one as long as possible to achieve the most from my weight loss. I don't think I can achieve my 20 lb. goal now but I will do my very best. I also need to push myself on my exercise by adding more intensity and variety into my workouts. I am just so tired of "having" to do it but if I didn't "have to" then I probably wouldn't. I have a great team and Captains who give me great support and feedback. Thank you Girls, I owe you everything for kicking my butt into gear!
I plan on staying on SB for the remainder of the BLC 21
I plan on Exercising at least 30 minutes per day.
I plan on Trying something New and Learning how to stay healthy
I plan on making this a life change and once I reach my goal, staying there by eating healthy and exercising and keeping in touch with my team!
