I have to accept that there is never going to be a steady schedule without giving up things I am not willing to give up. It's not a matter of having time but finding it. Everything shows that habitual exercise is the best way to achieve healthy goals but my schedule doesn't allow for predictions more than a day out so the name of the game it dedication and recognizing excuses.
I am ccompleteing the Slim in 6 program allthough I'm having to modify a few things. Today is week 1 and its Monday so I should have done 1 30 minute video... By the time I get home it will be 930. I have to be up at 6am and my husband would like to see me so doing the video probobly won't happen. Knowing this I went to the gym across town while my daughter was in play rehearsal, did 40 minutes on the eliptical and will do a few sets of squats before bed. In the morning before heading to classroom training and 3 hours of driving I will do the stretching video so that at least I did one of the scheduled videos and on Wednesday we meet with the trainer which is much like the video. Substituting is a dangerous game but right now its my only way.
