back again - help

I'm back to Spark. Please kick me in the butt. I'm back up to 314 pounds. Not acceptable!
I am so embarrassingly out of shape. I was as high as 350 pounds and as low as 240. When I was 240 pounds a few years ago, I was fairly fit. I was doing yoga once or twice a week, Zumba two or three times a week, two water aerobics classes, and three days of strength training. I need to get back there.
I (can finally afford and) have a gym membership again. I am terrible at exercising at home. I really honestly don't have the environment for it. (No space and too many other people around.)
My fibro has been acting up so much lately. I'm always tired and I hurt all the darn time. I might as well exercise anyway, right? When I did 1 mile on the treadmill tonight my foot and hip/lower back were killing me. I even managed a big blister on the bottom of my left foot.
I was really pushing myself (was getting target heart rate done with trainer, so she was pushing me) and eeked out a mile in 21:22. I wasn't huffing and puffing, but I was in terrible pain with my hip/back and my feet starting around minute 8. That's so friggin sad. In all fairness, I tend to totally avoid the repetitive motion stuff for partly this reason, but that's just so ridiculous that I can't even do a mile without being in a lot of pain. :(
