In a slump!

Well I started with good intentions at the gym but have hit road block after road block lately. I made it 3 nights my first week I joined and felt great! Then my 3 year old shared her cold with me and I have been fighting it ever since. I am also finding a hard time that works good for me to go to the gym. Everytime I think I have it figured out something throws a hitch in the plan.
Starting tonight I am going to try to leave at a different time and motivate myself to get back to the gym 3 days a week again! Then I can increase it up to 4 and so on. I just need to find the rhythm that works for me and my family. I am not going to let this cold derail me completely this time like I did last time since it is not as bad as last time.
Well there you have it! My excuses for the slump and my way of breaking out of it! Wish me luck! I know I can do it, I just have to keep pushing myself!
