Goals

I know that goals are very important. Sometimes they can seem overwhelming if I have too many or they seem too challenging. My main goal is to be healthy. Therefore, all the little steps I can take to make this possible will help quite a bit. Once the little steps have been accomplished, I can move on to goals that are a little bigger and a little more challenging. Step by step.... Little by little.... It will happen. I may not be perfect. For example, I may slip on my healthy eating or miss a day of exercise. But sure enough, I will get back in the saddle again and again. So, the most important thing is to have goals and then secondly, I must keep t trying to reach them one by one.....
