Day 3 Cleanse

Drinking water is a huge part of this cleanse (and also recommended by sparkpeople I might add) so I've been starting my day drinking two classes of water before anything else. The first two days it was a bit hard, but today it wasn't and I got all my water in by 2 today and I think i might drink more
Not feeling real hungry, but definitely not full or feeling satisfied-looking forward to adding goat cheese to my salad tomorrow and as i was tracking my food today realized how much fat is in sunflower seeds -great protein, but not worth the calories or fat in my book. Went for a 20 minute walk at lunch-it's still a bit nippy here in the northwest-my ears were freezing and i had to walk with my hands tucked in my long coat, alas spring is two days away -hoping for better weather soon!
