My healthy weight

My healthy weight will not be easy to determine or will it? I know what I want to feel like at my healthy weight. I also know what I want to look like at that weight. My face will look thinner. My double chin will be gone, it almost is already! My exercise routine will be second nature. In the morning I will get up and walk with little pain and making it further each week.
I will have more energy and my clothes will fit well, no matter the size!
I won't rely on the scale to make me feel good or tell me the good news.
