Well in to week 3 and still tracking

I'm well in to week 3 of my return to Spark and still feeling positive.I have kept on with my tracking and been honest about it too. Entering my data stops me running to the kitchen for all those extra treats, part of this is due to my laptop being so slow to react.
One thing I have started to understand is that I can be my own worst enemy and I need to keep myself busy idol hands and all that.
This time at Spark I have joined some of the groups inputting to some of the chat which has been another area of focus.
So my next step is some additional exersize currently take a few short walks but pardon the pun I need to step it up this is next on my to do list.
I must sound like a diet bore I don't mean to be I am aiming to lose a little weight so I can feel comfortable with who I am.
