Springtime!! A new month, a new beginning:)

I have really "fallen off the wagon" as far as being consistent in my goals to lead a healthier life. I've allowed the problems and stresses from my personal and professional life to stop me from moving forward. And I've let the discouragement of being stuck in a plateau for months now, to hinder my progress.
But NO MORE!! I'm determined to break free from excuses and rededicate myself to achieving my goals. To that end, I'm once again doing the Spring into Shape Bootcamp. When I did this last year I felt really good about my progress, and I want that feeling of accomplishment again. I'm also doing a training program to be able to run/jog a 5K this June. I've walked several 5K's, but I've always wanted to try running in one, so this is my time to accomplish that as well.
I lost 60 lbs last year, but then I became complacent...NO MORE!! NO more excuses!! NO more reasons why I can't do this!! I have more that I want to accomplish!! Now is my time and I am worth the effort!!!
