Falling off the wagon and setting a new goal

Tuesday, April 02, 2013

Yes, I fell off the wagon over the weekend...... One day after the other... Birthdays and Easter. Now, this week I m like a chugging train back on track . My goal is to have good health. My house is emptied of food. It's just me and a cup of coffee. I am going to the market to pick up
Some fruit and salad.. I had fish last night so chicken is a good choice. I am chugging but I am still on the track. Those turns are tricky though:). So it was off the wagon, back on track or even getting back in the saddle. However it is worded .... A new goal of healthy food and a healthy life is good enough for me!
Just another bump in the road from Jack!

I wonder where they got the saying "fell off the wagon" Sounds painful. It's just another bump in the road. You can do it.

Failure is only a fact when you give up. Everyone gets knocked down, the question is: Will you get back up?

You sound like you've already dusted yourself off from the festivity's feasting and are ready for a fresh start. What's for certain is that you're in excellent company! Gaining expertise in reversing that little bit o' temporary damage we all inevitably do with our eating is a handy skill on which to build, and it's an ongoing task for all of us. Keep up the good work! emoticon

sounds good- I think the weekend was a challenge for many of us- I'd found that when I refuse treats in public, later I want to eat extra healthy food so it probably balances each other out. emoticon emoticon
