Day 3 of the Streak

My shoulder appeared to be fine yesterday, yay!

Yes, calories are low for that level of activity, but I got home late from WRA and really wasn't terribly hungry. I had to push to reach my minimum.

We are leaving today for 4 nights at Petit Jean State Park. It is where we spent last Thanksgiving. It's about 30-40 miles from here. It has 21 miles of trails, including a 12-mile trail that we have never taken. Hopefully we'll be able to do it at least twice this visit. The weather is supposed to FINALLY be good and we are itching to get some hiking in.

I believe the lodge has WiFi so I should be able to continue logging my food and blogging. If not, rest assured I will track nutrition on paper and transfer it upon our return.

This morning we will go to PowerPump class with the instructor from H3LL, and then back home to finish packing and then off we go!
