I know what to do and how to do it so what is keeping me from reaching my healthy goals? April is my month to make the small changes that will create a healthier, happier me.
I am drinking 8 glasses of water each day
I am exercising 30 minutes each day
I am thinking positive
I am tracking my food, exercise and weight
I completely cut out all junk food ~ muffins, candy, my binge foods
I am determined to meet these goals
