I have decided that I'm going to weigh in every Friday. Even though I just started on Monday I figured I would weigh today just to get on track. I'm down 4.2 pounds since Monday - while I know a lot of it is water - I'm good with that. Weight is weight. LOL I'm going out of town for the weekend to Disney World and while I know I won't be watching my calories like I have been all week I know that I will get PLENTY of exercise walking. Good luck to everyone that weighs in today and those that show a gain no worries - tomorrow is a new day!
