Ya weight loss.

I have magically lost 19 lbs in the past three and a half months and I am immensely pleased. This time around I didn't really use spark people a whole lot. I did in the begining, but tracking all my calories was just a drag and not something I was willing to keep up for 6 months. During the end of December and all of Janruary I was working out almost every day, but when school started Janruary 20th I just never found the motivation to do it anymore, still, I have lost quite a bit just by limiting what I eat and eating healthier. I always find that if I don't work out, I lose weight much faster, I think it is because I must eat more than I need to when I work out, I know that I am losing muscle because my body is using it for fuel, but I still think that I must be losing quiet a bit of fat too, I measure myself every month and I have lost a lot of mass, not just weight. So sorry if you are bored to tears, I write these blogs for myself kinda, not for entertainment purposes. It's a sunday, and I am vowing to work out this week, I need to get back into the habit, summer is almost here and my body is turning to mush! Now that I have lost a lot of fat (and some muscle undoubtedly) I would like to work on getting the muscle back in April and May, so that by June I won't be as mushy.
