The snow is still here.

I just looked out the window of my apartment and the ground and cars are still white. It must have snowed more during the night. It looks like it has stopped, but I think the weatherman is forecasting rain for the rest of the week. Now that is more like spring!


I really hope we have some sunshine today. The gloomy weather really gets me down. I know some people will walk and run in any weather. Well, I am not that dedicated to exercise. Unfortunately weather like that makes me want to stay in my apartment. Once I get outside I am okay, but it is getting out there that is the hard part.

I am going to have a reflexology treatment today. So looking forward to it! I have had some massages by Lona and she is really good. She is a licensed in both massage and reflexology. My upper arms and shoulders hurt last week from my Boniva infusion or my pinched nerve...not sure which, but she wouldn't give me a massage this week since I had so much pain and probably inflammation in them. I have wanted to get a reflexology treatment from her. I used to get them from a friend's husband, but he has since passed away. I love it when someone works on my feet. That is one of the things I miss about my husband. We used to give each other foot rubs. He was the best. He could put me to sleep just by giving me a foot rub. That is not easy to do with someone who has had insomnia since they were 14 years old!!

Well, I already went through my program on Spark Coach today. I am ready to start my day. Better get some things done around the apartment before the treatment today. I know I will want to relax when I get home from that!
