A not so busy day.

Today started out really slow. I just wasn't moving very fast. I slept later than usual as did my cat. Usually he wakes me up at 5 am. Anyway, I didn't have much on my list today. One appointment and I didn't volunteer today. Not much to do in the NAMI office for me. The new executive director is on the ball!! emoticon

I am scheduled to do strength training today. I am not sure it will happen. I got really sore in my low back from the 20 minute resistance band workout with Coach Nicole on Monday. Guess I need to do some modifications to that workout. emoticon

I have a few things to do around the apartment. Including getting some photos sent to a friend and getting some photos scanned. I should really dust the living room. It is so dusty and I have so much cat hair. I brush him everyday, but that doesn't matter. He must still be shedding his winter coat.

I have eaten good today. I have drank lots of water as I have a UTI. And I have backed away from the diet soda some. (I know it isn't at all good for me. I like the taste. It doesn't even have to have caffeine in it.)

Well, nothing is going to get done if I stay on the computer much longer!!

    Nice to sleep in on occasion, glad you were able to do it. Hope you don't do anything else that exacerbates your back pain. :(
    I feel you on the hair- I find my Labrador's hair everywhere and it's a constant maintenance item, but I love him so much it doesn't bother me. Hehehe
    Way to do well on your nutrition and hydration!
