So according to this amazing fruit and vegetable amount calculator, I should eat 1 1/2 cups of fruits and 2 1/2 cups of veggies every day. I love that I now have an amount to strive for. That 5-9 servings stuff really tends to push me over the edge. I like to know details that are more reasonable than that. I like it easy. And telling me in cups is very kind of those nutrition people. I can do this :) Maybe I will pre cut my lunch freggies again into little mason jars..... I have 1 and 2 cup mason jars, that would be so easy to do. I am on it. I feel like a Ninja.
