Music Money and Moods

Wednesday, April 17, 2013

Have you ever noticed how music and money affect our moods? A great song from high school brings back a memory. A happy song lifts us up and we hum it all day. An old favorite hymn heightens our spiritual awareness. Payday is a happy day, while bill paying isn't. A trip to the ATM makes us feel empowered, somehow, but looking in the wallet two days before payday and seeing three dollars.... well, you get the idea. Finding a five dollar bill in a coat pocket from last winter is a mood lifter, for sure. Even a sad song can cleanse our heart and soul, Even a large purchase can bring JOY. But often we associate music with uplifting moods and money with the downers.

Activity, dance, meditation, work, rocking a baby, washing the car, running the errands, and our general daily tasks -- most of the things in life can be accompanied by music that makes us happy. Many of the things in life that can lift us up don't require a single bit of money. My desire for you, my friends, is that you will have an ACTIVE, Musical, expense-free day. Shalom.

    Shalom to you as well!!

I am always reminded how feelings go with thoughts...

Kinda like "the secret" the laws of attraction..

I am a firm believer in God and that the fact is thoughts really obsess our personal growth, spirituality, prosperity and success..

What you think about and what you put your energy into actually does come about...including moods emoticon
