IS IT ME?????

I received 2 letters in the mail yesterday; both concerning my FLOOD INSURANCE. One letter was from the ins. co. & the other was from the bank where I have my mortgage. All the insurances for my house are paid from my escrow account; but both letters stated I had to pay. I called the ins. broker & she said she would look into it.
I took the letters to the bank & got NOWHERE!
My broker finally called me & said NOT TO WORRY, the FLOOD INS. was paid on Apr. 11; & my HOME OWNERS INS. will be paid next month. No further communication with the bank is necessary. Now, considering TODAY is Apr. 19, why couldn't the bank TELL ME the ins. was paid last week?
So, I ask AGAIN................IS IT ME????? (or is it THEM)????
