one more week

one more week until my deadline and I have not lost 10 lbs but 2. Very frustrating. I started eliminating gluten from my families diet, but have failed to write down the amount I am eating. Maybe I am careless and eat too much sugar to make up for the loss of wheat? not sure, but when I started I lost weight, and now I am maintaining. I must admit I have not done much physically. Still trying to find a routine that works for me and my family. I am starting to feel overwhelmed again.... I resist..... so now that the end is near it is time to make another goal and not get discouraged, or give up. I just have to look down an alternate path and find someone to keep me accountable.....

    As you are admitting, it would probably be important to know how much you are eating, and to also keep active. I realize that with family obligations sometimes it seems like there is too much to do!
