Stopping to T.H.I.N.K before I eat

So I am trying something new to help me become more of an intentional eater, and not just an emotional eater who randomly grabs food before thinking about it. I came up the acronym T.H.I.N.K to help me each time I am reaching for food, I am hoping this helps me to stop, think, and make a good decision.
T- is it Time to eat?
H- am I Hungry?
I- am I making an Intentional choice?
N- is this Nutritious?
K- is this a Kind choice for my weight loss goals?
