60 Day Insanity Challenge-Fitness Test...Take 3!!

Tuesday, April 23, 2013

We are on week 45ish of Insanity and were overdue for a Fit Test...so today was the day. Here are my results (comparison of each of the three fitness tests we've done). I haven't even compared my results yet, so as I'm writing this, I'm filled with nervous anticipation to see the results!

Switch Kicks-70--94--105

Power Jacks-72--37 (What the heck happened here??)--39 (Now I'm wondering if I switched my numbers around the first time?? LOL)

Power Knees-66--70--70

Power Jumps-10--13--17

Rotations (Globe Jumps)-5--5--8

Suicide Jumps-7--7--8

Push Up Jacks-2--8--11

Oblique Twists-23--33--31

Interesting results. I'm happy to see improvements overall and I see some areas to work on! It's all about progress!

I'm really getting into Insanity now, even though it is pretty much torture every day because it is so hard. I just feel myself getting more and more fit and I want that feeling to continue. I'm not seeing results on the scale, but I am seeing results in how my clothes fit and my body is becoming more tone. My eating habits leave room for improvement (SHOCKER...NOT!).

We have about two more weeks of the challenge, so I'll update again then.

In the words of Shaun T..."Dig Deeper" my friends!
