Day 1 Meditation Challenge

Meditation I think is another component of overall health.
I have been wanting to start meditating for a very long time. Even after much research on the topic I could never really get it down. Why was it so hard? Was told you just need to sit, breathe and clear your mind.
Recently as I finished my healthy challenge I said I wanted to find a good book and a cd to help get me started. So as I was at my local thrift shop were I go to get many books. (50 cents an inch ;D) and there a book jumped right out at me. A book on meditation that came with a CD! What gratitude I had for finding this treasure. I read the book and started my first day this morning with the 20min CD. The CD helped soooooo much. The 20 mins went by so fast that when I opened my eyes I could not believe 20mins had past.
Meditation- Was a great 1st day. Will be making this a daily routine in my life.
