We've now completed 16 weeks of 2013 and I continue my quest to try or do something new every week throughout the year. Week 16 found me buying a carton of Nancy's Lowfat Raspberry Kefir. I liked the tartness of it. I think it would make a nice ingredient to add to a smoothie. I've been drinking just half a serving of it as a snack. Basically it tastes better than I had expected, and I definitely liked it. I would describe it as "a yogurt smoothie". I think yogurt is a little more filling and satisfying, so I'll probably stick to that most of the time, but I'm glad I finally got a chance to try kefir, and I'll buy it again on occasion.
