Too funny. Love it. That is the easy way. I think with zumba I am supposed to burn around 400 or so. I must eat a lot because the scale does not seem to go down even though I am burning about 1200 calories a week. I have really been trying to watch what I eat. I guess it is going to take longer than a week or two. 2899 days ago
