Time For A Change

Spent a good part of today discussing and planning the week ahead. Just finished preparing my meals for the week. Lotsa chicken and fish with two steak nights also.
Here's a brief typical day of eating for me:
BREAKFAST: Oats w milk & honey. Three eggs & three egg whites & a grain bread toast.
SNACK: Grain toast w ricotta, spinach & tuna
LUNCH: Cajun chicken & broccoli
PW SNACK: Fruit
DINNER: Steamed spiced fish w veges
SNACK: Fruit
Total cal about 1800 - 2000 approx.
Meals taken care of, I am changing up my workouts this week also. My strength has increased well and so, this week I will be focusing on muscle building parametres by increasing time under tension with higher reps and shorter rest intervals. My workouts should be a lot quicker but a lot more intense. We'll see how we go.
I will also be including another family meeting this week as a general catch up with everyone just to see if the kids need any help with their home work or work. And to make sure we all have a self check on what we all need to do to help each other out. I will be including bible study at least twice this week. Nothing too formal, a general chat on a couple of subjects to get us started again. We will do this around the dinner table.
Mainly I must make sure I get to bed on time if I have any hope of making this happen this week. We are a bit broke this week but the cupboards are full and the bills are paid so nothing to worry about except getting out of the bad habit of visiting the store every single night for an extra something we really don't need lol. Here's hoping for a smooth week.
