plan your meals for tomorrow. This is one area I really have difficulty with doing. I rarely plan what I am going to eat the day before, as I never know what I am going to feel like eating. But for Spark Coach...I will try.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 piece of toast, banana,1 cup silk coconut milk
snack: protein bar
Lunch: tuna fish with reduced fat mayo on crackers and a vegetable (?) not sure what kind yet, canned peaches
Dinner: chicken breast, Brussel sprouts and noodles
snack: Greek yogurt
Guess that looks okay. Not much fruit included, but I only have canned right now and won't be going to the grocery store today or tomorrow. I do have a mango, but I am eating that today!! And I have banana's, but they are for breakfast. And I only eat one of them a day. My Bountiful Basket only lasted a week. Amazing! It used to take me longer to eat all the stuff I got in my Bountiful Basket. Not last week! I had lots of fruits and veggies to eat last week. I was good about eating them, too. I will order another Bountiful Basket today and pick it up on Saturday.
My nephew moved his sister back to Billings from Belgrade yesterday. I can hardly wait to see her. It has been awhile since I have seen her! Hope she is doing okay.
I am up early and getting ready to go shower. I am going to Bobbie's a little early today. She has a dentist appointment and we are going to visit before the appointment. We hardly see each other lately, because she has 3 jobs and an internship. I have seen her twice this past week. That was really nice.
I better jump in the shower before someone else in the building does and I get blasted with hot or cold water!! It has only happened to me once and it wasn't fun!!
