Update on pregnancy and what not!

Hey everyone :) I am happy to update that I am now FOUR MONTHS pregnant! I remember last time I updated I was barely 3 months! I can honestly say that I'm fitter than ever. It is only May 15th and my workout minutes for this month are almost at 500. I still do on average 40-60 minutes on the treadmill at a 7% incline. I'm able to continue it throughout my pregnancy per OB recommendation. I feel great! Weight gain is at about 5.4 pounds still, and I'm still an avid calorie counter! Just staying balanced and as happy as possible. :)

    Congratulations! This is such great news! I am hoping to get pregnant in the next year and have been looking into healthy calorie ranges, healthy exercises while pregant. I remember my 2nd trimester I gained very little weight with my son and had the most energy. Most of my weightgain, which was healthy was in the 3rd trimester, so don't freak when you get there. The most important thing is to get enough nutrition for a healthy, happy baby and mommy.

    Are you going to find out about the gender or wait until the baby is born?
