Turning a Setback into a Comeback!

Here I go again. I've gained back 30 of the 55 lbs that I had lost. Last year I lost my job of 11 years and dealt with the stress by eating and being lazy and feeling sorry for myself. I could complain that I work 12 hour shifts and work 5 days a week and don't have time but I also know that other people make the time and so will I.
I have four more weeks of this crazy schedule then I can slow down a bit. I vow to start tracking my food tomorrow and staying within my calorie range. I also vow to stop buying junk food and bringing it into the house. I can't eat it if I don't buy it, right?
As far as fitness goes I've really gone downhill. I was walking for an hour then doing weights and stretching. Today I walked for the first time in I don't know how long and after 25 minutes I couldn't go anymore. This must change. I vow to exercise on days off and on days that I only work 8 hour shifts.
That's my plan for now.
