Small changes, big results.....

So, I am on the Traveler team again for the 5% Spring challenge. What a fantastic team that is!!!

Counting my successes:

~ doing a small, time efficient strength training routine every few days
~ speed walking at least 15 minutes on most of my lunch breaks in the nearby park
~ packing a simple, healthy lunch whole wheat bread, cube of cheese, baby carrots and apple (one of my favorite meals, simple finger food and so good for you)
~ Kind nut bars as snacks (wow they are absolutely amazing!!! Cholesterol friendly, filled with healthy fiber, and so yummy I could cry (.. keeps me from ever thinking of being hungry in between meals, lol)

I lost 2 pounds this first week, and I am so pleased I could just yodel.
