Spark Solution Blog review

I decided I was at a stand still in my healthy lifestyle compared to before and decided I love the Spark book that I would give Spark Solution a try! I feel more energy and a renewed drive to eat right and excercise! I like that the program isn't another diet tactic but a healthy lifestyle change!!! The sweet orange miso chicken had to be my favorite meal. My favorite insider tip was from Amy- "Don't expect everything immediately. Celebrate little steps because many little steps cover a great distance." My goal for next week is to plan out my week of food and excercise out ahead of time. http://www.sparkpeople.com/spa
