It's been awhile

Urg. I just realized I started my Meditation challenge and hadn't past day 1. Well I have been meditating but not daily. I have not yet made it part of my daily habit. I will definitely be making sure it becomes a habit. I love love love how I feel after meditating. It's an absolutely beautiful feeling.
I Have been staying on track pretty good with healthy clean eating. I have made it a habit to eat healthy and take my supplements daily. Fitness has been awesome still too. I do my Zumba still 6 days a week. I have tried 30day shred and hurt some muscles so I will stick to my Zumba and strength training. I did not workout today because I was in a lot of pain from a full day of yard work yesterday on my (workout day off day) Extreme back pain on top of the normal back pain that I have been experiencing. Extreme hamstring pain as well. I made sure to use my legs when lifting the heavy stones as to not have any back pain.

I am feeling great. It feels so good to not only fit back into some old clothes but for them to be too big.
