If you're reading my blog I want to thank you for taking the time to do so. I'm finding out that other Sparkers really do read blogs and answer them. I'm so encouraged by others' comments, and by your stories of all the weight you've lost. I originally took off 58 pounds and put back on about 35. GRRRR - what a bummer. So now those 35 are going to come off plus 2 more and then I'll be at my goal.

Another good day today. Every day my calories are just a little bit lower than the day before. DH and I ate out for supper tonight. I had a salad and baked spaghetti. If I weren't feeling motivated and encouraged I'm sure I would have eaten the whole thing. But I ate only half and couldn't wait to post on my blog that I stopped at half and took the rest home for tomorrow's lunch emoticon emoticon .

One day at a time. One step at a time. emoticon

    Good for you Ena! With your determination you will get the pounds off again.
    Way to go eating half the spaghetti. I am surprised at the recipes in the Spark Solution. I ate the Thai Peanut Noodle leftovers. That is one thing I like about the recipes there is enough for more than one meal. I am rooting for you. I know we can do this! Elaine emoticon
