Okay maybe that title is a tiny bit overreacted. BUT I was faster today than on my 10k yesterday. Victory! :D

It’s a sunny day for a change too! Saw one of my colleagues while I was running (and forgot to pause my watch – argh!) and chatted a little, until she wanted to kill me because I still have holidays and she has to wait 9 more weeks. Luckily I was able to out-run her! ;) I bet she’ll have more luck with the weather in 9 weeks! On the other hand, when it feels like Autumn now instead of Spring, maybe it will be Winter by then :P

My first bananas are ripe! Yay! But only 7 though, which means more rice today, bleh! I am planning to just eat bananas for a while, because my body still isn’t a 100% okay. Bananas will put my digestion to rest, so my body will spend less energy on that and more energy on healing itself. And of course I will add celery to that for all the important minerals.

Meal plan for today:

Breakfast 623 calories: Banana smoothie

Lunch about 705 calories: My last oranges

Dinner 1343 calories: Rice

Snack 260 calories: Celery sticks with blended Pitaya
