Day one of our challenge, I have eaten well today, but need to plan more healthy snacks, which mean getting to the store, so I am gonna stop tonite on the way home. Next is my workout, yay!!
Had a wonderful weekend, and the BBQ was great. Thinking of joining Weight Watchers Saturday to get my discipline back, thoughts?? More later!
