Thirteen more....

Yea, I am now back at my ticker weight! Drinking copious amounts of water really seems to make a big difference for me - if I could only remember to do it every day, I would be fine.

Now that I have started my new job, I need to figure out where the exercise is going to fit in - too many things going on, especially some that really can't be scheduled - they just seem to crop up from week to week! The job is only 5 hours a week, but then my other job is 6 hours a week, and then there are the volunteer activities that take more hours.... BUT I do need to put myself first here now and get the rest of this weight off for good! I have three kids graduating in the next 6 weeks, and I don't want to have to flinch at the pictures that are taken!

Yes, unfortunately I have also come to that same conclusion - I have been fighting it, though! I would rather stay up late and exercise than get up early, but if I do that, I don't sleep well. Bummer!

I finally realized, to my dismay, that due to my hectic schedule (work a full time job and a part time job and a family to take care of)..... the only consistent exercise time has to be EARLY a.m. So I drag myself to the gym at 5:30 a.m. when it opens. Hate to say it, but that is the only time that works -- at least on the weekends I get to sleep in until 6:30 and get to the gym at 7 a.m. Perhaps early morning is the only option you have, as well, until your schedule steadies out.
