Since feeling down about hardly losing any weight things have changed.
It's been just over a month since I have been sticking to my new food plan and exercise and I can tell that my body is changing. The actual physical weight loss hasn't seemed to be that much but I realise I've been a bit obsessive about that.
It's just that we want to see results right? Life is tough when you are putting in a lot of effort but not seeing any results. However, that's where faith comes in and I managed not to give up. And just a week later, I can see good changes in my body. I feel lighter and slimmer and definitely more toned.
Also, I feel my body getting used to the new regime. I am less hungry as I am used to smaller portions and my taste is changing because I'm having less sugar. I crave exercise if I don't get it! And i'm nearly addicted to fruit! Ha ha! THat's a good thing....
So, it definitely pays to be persistent and think long term. Thanks to everyone for your encouragement.
